Planning Process: 10-12 months before your wedding day

• Monthly touch base meetings/client design workbook & monthly checklist
• Unlimited project management correspondence and personal guidance
• A two (2) hour final/logistical meeting 2-4 weeks before your wedding day
• Creation of your wedding day timeline, floor plan, photography timeline review, inventory & packing lists
• Venue walkthrough/visit

Pre-Wedding Planning

• Timeline review or creation, vendor confirmations, and final logistics
• Begins up to 10-12 months prior
• Rehearsal Coordination

13 Hours of Wedding-Day Coordination

• On-site management of setup, vendor arrivals, and event flow
• Ensures everything runs smoothly so you can be fully present
• This package includes 2-3 staff member onsite
